On April 26, 2013, CNCC grandly launched the first session of CNCC Talk 2013 at its Auditorium. CNCC invited Shan Zhiqiang, the Executive Editor-in-Chief of China National Geography magazine, as the keynote speaker, and took “No One Can Stop Our Yearning for Ocean” as the theme. More than 200 audiences attended the lecture.

Editor Shan elaborated the City Sansha, which has a sea area of 2.6 million square kilometers, through many pictures and documents for the participants. It is understood that CNCC has carefully prepared for several months for the Talk.
