China National Convention Center is invested and built by Beijing North Star Company Limited. Sitting in the center of the Olympic commercial circle between Beijing's fourth and fifth ring roads, CNCC boasts an enviable location. It covers an overall area of 12 hectares and construction area of 53m², and the total investment capital up to 5.3 billion yuan. The Building is 400 meters in length form north to south, 150 meters in width from east to west, and 40 meters in high. The office building, an coverage area of about 40,000 m², is composed of south area (7,440 m²), east area ( 5,989m²) and north area ( 25,877m²).
